| Sababa Toys launches another great Ology line with Mythology. These collectible figures stand about 3 and 1/2 inches tall and have a designed base included. Fun for any Mythology or fantasy collection these figures are only available for a limited time. Poseidon, the brother of Zeus, was god of the sea. He could either keep the sea calm or raise up storms and tempests to drown even the best of sailors. Poseidon carried a trident and would ride across the ocean in a chariot pulled by horses. Horses were sacred to the god and some myths say that he created them as a gift for the people of Athens. Poseidon was also known as the Earth Shaker who was responsible for causing earthquakes, usually as an angry response to someone's wrong doings. |
